Bedford, IN (November 1, 2023) – Residential mortgage lender Ruoff Mortgage announces J.D. Powell as VP, Branch Manager of their Bedford lending center, effective immediately.
Ruoff Mortgage has been part of the Bedford community since opening the branch location in 2015. J.D. joined the team in 2020 and has been a key player in the success of the branch over the past several years.
“We have a fantastic team here in our Bedford office and I couldn’t be more excited about this opportunity,” says Powell. “I grew up and continue to reside here in Lawrence County, so this community is very important to me. I look forward to not only serving our customer’s mortgage needs, but also leading Ruoff’s initiative to be more involved in the community.”
J.D. is a community advocate and spends his free time as a board member for the Boys and Girls Club of Lawrence County, acts as a current volunteer coach for the local Stars Jr Volleyball Club, and an active member of Mt. Pleasant Christian Church. He resides in Bedford with his wife of 21 years, Crystal, and twin daughters Ava and Adrianna. He steps into the branch manager role with almost a decade of mortgage lending experience.
