Jackie Clark with Southern Indiana Center for Independent Living (SICIL) was the guest speaker for August Orleans Kiwanis Club Meeting. SICIL serves Hoosiers eight counties including Orange, Lawrence, Monroe, Washington, Jackson, Bartholomew, Brown, and Crawford. And provides services such as information & referrals, advocacy, independent living skills, and peer support. Services are free and individualized. Show with Clark is Club President John F. Noblitt. September is traditionally "Travel Month" with Club members meeting at various local churches for a meal & fellowship.
